How does it Work?
To help with access to your property we can offer family friendly 2 hour time slots and also attend in the evening or weekend. We will call your tenant when we are on our way.
Your certificate will be issued in digital format and emailed to you on the day of the inspection. All findings and any recommended remedial work will be reported to you or your agent.
Our engineers will test the operation of any Carbon Monoxide alarms. If there is not an Carbon Monoxide Alarm present or it is out of date we will advise the landlord or managing agent and our engineers can install one on the day of the visit.
